Refund and Exchange Policy for Ajmera Fashion Limited

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Products must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all Ajmera Fashion Limited tags and packaging intact.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

  • Initiate a Return/Exchange: Contact our customer service team at +91-884-942-9440 with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions for returning your item.
  • Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely and include any related accessories or documentation. Clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.
  • Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your item for this process to be completed.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • In the case of manufacturing defects or if you received the wrong item, Ajmera Fashion Limited will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged for a different size, color, or an entirely different item of equal or lesser value.
  • If the new item is of greater value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

Exceptions

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
